Took over 3 months and was very disconnected from future team and direct manager wasn’t present at all in the interview process. Couldn’t get a good understanding of role and it clearly shows that being here now.

First two interviews went smoothly. Very positive energy from the first two interviewers, however when I was interviewed by hiring manager the interview experience went south. She didn’t seem engaged at all during the interview. She gave me the impression that i was not what she expected to see when she started the interview. ( she was vanilla and I was chocolate). From the awkward start, I knew she was not someone that I wanted to work for. However, I pushed thru the interview. The whole time, it appeared that someone else was in her home office with her and they had her attention more than I did. She would smirk when it wasn’t appropriate and left me feeling like my time was wasted. And at the end of the interview, I knew that this was not an organization that I wanted to work for.
