Talent lead conducted an introductory/vetting telephone call as step one in the process.
1st interview included 2 team members who asked general questions - format quite informal. Was then asked to take a task. One week turnaround but promptly shared. I think had a second interview scheduled which was very vague to who might attend ended up being around 4 team members. This was the final round at which point a decision should have been made - this took a long time
