First there was a phone screening. Then a 2 hour interview where I went through a couple interview rounds: behaviour with one person, coding with one person, and lastly another behaviour/coding/critical thinking with another person and the CEO

First step was a phone interview. Fairly routine questions based on your experience and skill set. They were supposed to reach out for a 2nd round but never did. I tried following up but did not get a response which was frustrating
