Recruiter told me I was going to have an interview and move onto the next stage, but when it came time to schedule my interview and have another call with the recruiter, he ghosted me and I never heard from him again. - I understand you have numerous applicants to keep up with, but it reflects poorly on your company when you treat genuinely interested applicants like this. I am glad I was shown BRG's true colors before I invested more time and effort in the interview process.
