Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 dias. Fui entrevistado pela BRIC (Brooklyn, NY) em jul. de 2023
Entrevista
One 40 minute Zoom interview with two employees. Neither employee seemed to have been with the company for a particularly long time, but this was a first interview. I was asked basic questions about my prior experience.

There was an initial phone screen set up by someone in HR. I asked about the hiring process and was given a vague response. I sent a thank you email and after a w

whole month of thinking I was ghosted, with no follow-up, I received an email asking me to a panel interview. The language in the email
made it seemed as if my original interview was a day or two before, no acknowledgement of the time that had passed, etc.
The first panel was with 4 individuals, one being the CPO which I appreciated, due to his level of engagement and intentionality. The
panel asked about my qualifications and
questions specific to how I'd complete the role. 2 weeks later, I was invited to a second panel interview with additional BRIC team members
and an established partner. The interview started late because 2 of the 3 interviewers were not on time. The questions asked here, were around how I'd work with these
departments and outside partners to fulfill the role. I could tell when someone was reading from a script which removed their ability to act in a genuine manner. This second interview
was weird, to say the least from the energy of those interviewing me and the energy in the Zoom room. I did not move on to the next level which was fine by me. As an interviewee, I am
also interviewing the organization. My experience from the beginning, felt a bit off-putting and like there were some organizational challenges that I did not need to
be a part of.

The interview process was rigorous but disjointed. The process took months, and I was surprised to hear that I was being considered more than one month after I applied for the position.
I never spoke with a person until I reached out to find out where I stood, even though I had been a finalist for the position. I was contacted one and a half months after my last interaction or "interview".
BRIC used a third party who ran the process (personality tests, essay responses, etc.), and it was all conducted online.

One entire "interview" asked me to respond to the job description which was broken up into 60 statements (not questions, per se). For example, one of the statements was:
Knowledge and understanding diversity, equity & inclusion
