The interview process was standard. A couple of virtual interviews with team members and a final in person interview. It was faster moving than other companies in my experience (about 2-3 weeks).

Very odd interview. Team wasn't knowledgeable at all with what they were looking for and they were all over the place. They need some significant coaching on how to be better Interviewers. They had an assistant who was very green and an outside consultant who knew nothing about the role. Just very unorganized
