I was called for the general job interview 48 hours after turning in my application. The generic job interview went over my qualifications and after the HR rep found that I met the job requirements, I was schedulef for an interview with the manager. The second interview was more technical and went more into how my experience would be relevant to the team's needs.

Spoke with HR and went over my resume. My recent experience gelled well with what they were looking for. My second interview was the day after, and I accepted a few days after that.
