The company makes you go through the complete interview process and after all the rounds, it says we will evaluate as the NP is of 3 months. This is a constraint to be checked before the interview process and not after. Please do not waste a candidate's time as he/she is already going through a lot of pressure while looking to switch for a job.

Good & friendly. Interview was not too hard. Some technical, and theoretical questions, and work culture fit questions. They were knowledgeable and would provide some hints during the interview. Overall, they sounded human and was not demeaning. Took about 1 hr.
