Given him a broad idea where n how I have worked in earlier projects. Clients was happy. 2nd round-- A senior person taken the interview. Asked simple questions related to technology. In HR round, I have been given 13% increment. After much hassle, they somehow managed to increase to 21%. I accepted the offer as I had no other offer in hand. Though, after 2 months... I got a much better package 65% hike. When, I informed BT that I won't able to join.... they are ready to match with the figure but I somehow make up my mind to join the other one. So rejected this offer from BT.
