Muy orientado a ver si tienes proyección a futuro y eres una persona con compromiso. Quieren ver si seguirás trabajando ahí tras terminar las prácticas. Además buscan gente de todos los ambientes no solo ingenieros.

It was good, we had a online test and then we were called for the interview, the first round of interview was online and they asked about my projects and a coding question on trees.

Thirty minutes over zoom. A few questions on motivations then a few questions on competencies. Interviewers were kind and friendly. Nothing too out of the ordinary or technical. Overall a pleasant experience.
