First round was assessment to review commercial skills. Second was presentation on a particular topic and finally face to face interviews with senior management and HR. It was challenging yet fun. Difficult yet energising. Fantastic experience.

The interview process was clear and professionally handled. It included three rounds: an initial HR screening, a competency-based interview with the hiring manager, and a final case study round. The questions were well-structured, and communication throughout was prompt and transparent. Overall, the experience gave a good insight into the company’s expectations and work culture.
