First you have to apply when the positions open by entering personal details and any certificates or qualifications, then if you proceed, they will send you an invite to complete an online assessment, if you are successful in the online assessment you will be invited to an assessment centre and if accepted you will be offered a role.

It was a virtual assessment centre. We all gathered with the other applicants and answered questions. It was quite straightforward. Then we individually had interviews where we were asked scenario based questions and skill competency questions.
