First round is about your experience, understanding if you are a good fit, and some business questions. They will ask you to maybe make a presentation to answer some questions they give you a few minutes before the interview. Second round is a case study where you prepare an analysis of a company they give you. Finally, third round consists of fit questions.

Lovely interviewers, classic scenario of never hearing from them again after being told they'll get back to you next week. I first had a 45 min call with a consultant, focusing on behavioural aspects, followed by a presentation to the most senior member of the London Office. I was tasked with presenting a SWAT analysis for Airbus and after a productive conversation, I never heard back from them. No feedback, no replies from HR. They claim energetic and inclusive culture but they struggle email candidates back

complex process that wasn't very well explained. Seemed rather arbitrary and not a lot of time to prepare. Seemed like it was unreasonable. Not sure the rationale for it all.
