Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela BTS (New York, NY) em jan. de 2012
Entrevista
I talked with a Corporate Recruiter via skype and it was the normal HR type questions. Was invited in for a case interview from an old Darden Oracle case. I was given two hours to prepare a deck outlining the problems and then present them in front of about 6 people. Have a deck ready to input because two hours is not a lot (this is perfectly ok). Concentrate on ratio analysis (profitability, liquidity, leverage) and the financial statements. I felt like I cracked the case but could have been a little more prepared in the inner workings of my statement analysis. After about an hour presentation we had lunch and then had three separate two on one interviews. Long day. I liked the firm but probably wasn't a mutual fit.

What is the more important measure ROA or ROE? What are the downfalls of using only one?
3-4 rounds. Standard case interview and presentation as final. Other rounds are your classic behavioral questions. Got to meet numerous peoples in a range of roles through the process. Was relatively straightforward process, moved quickly too.
O processo levou 7 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa BTS.

4+ interviews - mix of behavioural, case study and panel
PROS: Really loved everyone I met during this process. It is clear that BTS has a fantastic culture. Felt like I could work well with everyone and that there is strong emphasis on culture fit.
CONS: I've never prepped so much for an interview process. I spent over 20 hours conducting research, creating decks and prepping. As someone who is working full time while recruiting, this seemed a bit unnecessary - almost like I was doing free work for them.
A lot of wait time between interviews. It seemed like there was little urgency to actually hire for the role - more like they just wanted to see what the talent pool was like?
The person from Talent/HR was always someone different and this was frustrating as you never really knew who to reach out to or communicate with.
