Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela BTS (Singapura) em ago. de 2018

Applied online, then SHL online assessment (the standard version), phone screening, and then 1-on-1 interview followed by a panel case presentation. Overall, the process was pretty straightforward with quick turnaround time.
The interviews themselves weren't really challenging, fairly typical questions, very friendly people. During the case interview, only basic questions were asked, although one of the MDs were present. You would expect much tougher grilling with MBB or any of the Big 4 consulting firms.
It seems the senior management has an opportunistic view of the market, instead of having a specific target / focus. More like following the HR trends in businesses as industries go through cyclical changes (unlike the North American / European practice of BTS). It is still very much a HR training vendor; even though they have tried to do branding on strategy execution. Since the business has been growing - those limitations have been hidden by papering over the cracks.

3-4 rounds. Standard case interview and presentation as final. Other rounds are your classic behavioral questions. Got to meet numerous peoples in a range of roles through the process. Was relatively straightforward process, moved quickly too.

PROS: Really loved everyone I met during this process. It is clear that BTS has a fantastic culture. Felt like I could work well with everyone and that there is strong emphasis on culture fit.
CONS: I've never prepped so much for an interview process. I spent over 20 hours conducting research, creating decks and prepping. As someone who is working full time while recruiting, this seemed a bit unnecessary - almost like I was doing free work for them.
A lot of wait time between interviews. It seemed like there was little urgency to actually hire for the role - more like they just wanted to see what the talent pool was like?
The person from Talent/HR was always someone different and this was frustrating as you never really knew who to reach out to or communicate with.
