I was contacted by HR for a first round interview. The lady was very nice. Come the day of the interview I receive an email saying that the position has been filled and the interview was canceled. This is a mistake that should not happen on such short notice.

Lovely interviewers, classic scenario of never hearing from them again after being told they'll get back to you next week. I first had a 45 min call with a consultant, focusing on behavioural aspects, followed by a presentation to the most senior member of the London Office. I was tasked with presenting a SWAT analysis for Airbus and after a productive conversation, I never heard back from them. No feedback, no replies from HR. They claim energetic and inclusive culture but they struggle email candidates back

complex process that wasn't very well explained. Seemed rather arbitrary and not a lot of time to prepare. Seemed like it was unreasonable. Not sure the rationale for it all.
