November 2022- not sure if it has changed 1st round recruiter 2nd round consultant (behavioral) 3rd round consultant (technical- you choose a separate company to answer questions on) Final 4+ hour simulation: they give you information/financials on a fake company to review a few days ahead of time For the final simulation, make sure you can walk through financial statements completely, explain what BTS does, and have some recommendations for improvements I did not pass final round because I had several technical issues and answered some financial questions incorrectly

Lovely interviewers, classic scenario of never hearing from them again after being told they'll get back to you next week. I first had a 45 min call with a consultant, focusing on behavioural aspects, followed by a presentation to the most senior member of the London Office. I was tasked with presenting a SWAT analysis for Airbus and after a productive conversation, I never heard back from them. No feedback, no replies from HR. They claim energetic and inclusive culture but they struggle email candidates back

complex process that wasn't very well explained. Seemed rather arbitrary and not a lot of time to prepare. Seemed like it was unreasonable. Not sure the rationale for it all.
