The interviewers will oversell the position to you and rate their company highly. They will tell you how much progression there is within the company but a couple years in and you will be in the same position as where you started. People progress when you get along with the managers. Found out I got the position within a day (they were desperate for someone to start as soon as possible as other employees had left/ are about the leave).
