I applied online via their website, emailing them a cover letter and resume. Heard back fairly quickly and was asked in for a group interview. There were four or five other people there and we met in the Soho store. I heard back in a day or two for a one-on-one interview and met with two store managers at once. They asked me a few questions and I was hired within a few days. The whole process was fairly laid back and actually quite fun. The group interview was the most chill and interesting, because all interviewees had a lot to say about the stores and their thoughts and feelings on being sex positive.
