Usually the interview consists of at least 3 potential employees. There is a brief description of the store and its ideals as well a the company as a whole by the assistant store manager or the store manager. This is usually followed by a standard "tell me about yourself". The only pay off the interview that is unique or worth putting time into preparing for would be the sales section. You are asked to find an item in the store, and sell it to the manager conducting the interview. This is meant to be intimidating; if you can't sell this to them how could you sell it to a stranger? You are allowed to choose any item. This is important because all team members need to be confident in selling product to be useful, and employable. This is followed by a private interview with the manager and HR with a more detailed explanation of possible job duties and whether or not they might think you are employable.
