Entrevista
Clue 1: The interviewer spent the entire time talking me out of working for them. Red flag after red flag. The strangest interview ever. Clue 2: Employees looked miserable. Room of desks facing classroom style. Nothing on the walls, only computers on the desks, no personal items, no talking, no smiling. Place was filthy considering they sell baby safety products. Truly shocked at what was disclosed during the interview. Walked out feeling very strange. I’ve read all the employee and interview comments which confirm my suspicions. Can I give no stars?

Entrevista
Called in for an interview, When I arrived, no one knows who was supposed to interview me. One lady asked me to fill out an Employment Application which is odd for a manager position. Waited 30 min before the interviewer showed up. Basic questions, non technical. Interview took about 30 min.

Entrevista
I was interviewed twice with the company thru introduction via a recruiter. First meeting was with the owner which lasted almost two hours. Questions were generally related to dealing with overseas factories and internal purchasing plus project/sampling management. The owner was up front about their problems. The second interview was with the General Manager with questions more related to purchasing functions. He stressed the importance of been a hardcore negotiator for the position. I could sense he is not an easy guy to deal with. Not a guy that everyone would love to follow. No one called me after that. Something tells me I am over-qualified and over-priced. The General Manager said I was expensive but said "you get what you pay for". Judging from the other reviews on Glassdoor, I suggest a careful consideration.
