I applied from Mumbai, India. I was screened over Skype and given an assignment. The assignment was simple and detailed requirements were provided. I completed the assignment and was promised a revert back. The revert never came. I had to ask a few times (3 to be exact). The final time when I pinged them, they said they need someone with more experience. I asked for a feedback on my performance, which was promised, but never came.
