Interviews we’re pretty straightforward and conversational; They had pleasant people during both interviews. The first interview was a video recording of your responses to some questions, after which you have your first in person interview and then a second before you hear back about offers.
I was emailed to schedule a phone screening with a talent acquisition associate. I then spoke with the interviewer on the phone who seemed rather disinterested in my background and had no concrete answers about the role.
