Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Babylon Radio.
Entrevista
The whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I got an email asking for my availability, replied right away, then heard nothing for a week—only to receive the same email from a different address, it was so confusing. I replied again and finally got the interview.
The interview was relaxed but it was clear the interviewer hadn’t read my CV. The setting was unprofessional, with some people in the background chatting and laughing, and my interviewer had to ask them to lower their volume. They asked if HR had sent me the take-home assessment, which they hadn’t. They said, “Oh really? They didn’t send it to you?” It seemed like they were confused too. They assured me I’d get the assessment soon, and once I submitted it, they’d review it with the founder and move forward. It all sounded really promising.
Later that day, I got the assessment, sent a thank-you note (no response), and finished it in two days. Since they didn’t specify how to submit it, I sent multiple formats and asked if they needed anything else. No reply. Followed up a week later—still nothing.
I get that they may have chosen another candidate, but the whole process felt messy. It’s frustrating to put in effort and get ghosted twice.
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 4 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Babylon Radio (Galway) em jul. de 2024

It was a very straight forward short 15-20 min discussion call over Google Meet. As a student, I faced similar issues or concerns during my rehabilitation which the company aimed to focus on resolving. I could resonate with the organization's Vision, Mission, & Objectives/Goals

2 Rounds of Interviews, first one with HR and second with the founder. Its not complicated and easy going; focus is on the company rather than the candidate. Its obvious that the founder has not really read through the CV
