I got an email from recruiter for on-site interview 3 weeks after I submitted my resume online. The on-site interview was 2-hour long, the first hour was interviewed by the hiring manager and HR manager, the second hour was one-one interview by a director from a different department. I sent a follow up email on the same day of the interview right after I got back home, received no reply, then I followed up a week later to see if the company had filled the position and was told they were reviewing more candidates, I sent a follow-up email again 10 days later and didn't receive any reply.
