Entrevista
Pre-interiview process includes a typing test (speed per minute) and psycho-metric tests. These include IQ-type questions (counting blocks in a 3D drawing, logical sequences, etc). There is also a personality series of questions about your work ethics and personal traits like honesty and integrity. If you pass the parametres, you continue on to the actual interview with HR and a mid-level manager. The questions asked are generic and focus on customer service and the like.

Entrevista
The interview process was pretty standard. First they ask you to come in and do a skills/intelligence test (pretty basic you won't need to prepare for it). Then, a 1:1 interview.
