I had two separate interviews, both were short but very in-depth. Very good communication once selected as a candidate, excellent communication through the offer and acceptance process. I met several key employees, the culture is typical for an outdoor brand; laid back, young and enthusiastic. There are many bright and active people at Backcountry, that's evident from the start.
