I first met a recruiter at an event. I was selected for an on campus interview. The interviews were casual and informal. The second interview was in house at their downtown Seattle office. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and excited, and I received an offer within a couple days.

First step: Got the email from the HR department to set up the time for the informal chat over the phone.
Second Step: Phone call was informal chat about your past work experience, education and goals of the future
Third Step: to get the in person interview scheduled with the recruiters

Entrevista
Once the recruiter approves of you, you get granted an in person interview that lasts 2 hours with 4 different people. The 4 people usually consist of 2 managers and one senior, capped off with the final interview by the managing partner of the tax department. They all really seem to want to get to know you, who you are, and whether they want to work with you.
