The most unprofessional interview I've ever had. I almost lost faith in humanity because of the experience I had with them. Tell me why they set up an in-person interview with me DURING the Covid19 pandemic and mind you, I drove 35 minutes to meet them (wasted gas), completed an application on site when they could have sent me one online beforehand, and then ended up having a pointless interview where there were no questions asked by the interviewer regarding me or my experiences.
During the interview, the interviewer blabbered on and on about the company, didn't say what she does for the company until I asked her towards the end of the interview, told me why they were hiring, and then for some reason, gave me a tour. And get this, during the tour, the interviewer even introduced me to another coworker like I got hired! I mean...why!? What was the point of that?
There were times where I had to force to keep the conversation going to make the time worth at least something because there was no way I was going to let them make me look stupid by having me risk my health DURING THE COVID19 PANDEMIC for a pointless in-person interview. I could tell the interviewer was disinterested and didn't care about what I had to say which was rude because what was the point of interviewing me then? If they were interviewing for fun, they could have had the interview over Zoom!
Worst of it all, they didn't even have an ounce of decency to let me know that they were moving forward without me through email/phone call. IMHO, they owe me an apology for wasting my time, and I am not sorry for demanding it.
