Questions around specifics: "How do you prioritise speed vs accuracy when delivering work"; "When you disagree with something, how do you make your point across and do you challenge other approaches?"; "How do you stay relevant to the field you're in?"; "How will you lead the team in a new direction? What steps will you take to ensure success?";
