Company conducted an on-campus interview for the post of functional engineer. Requirement was for mechanical/electrical engineers with specialization in thermal power plant engineering. 70 engineers got shortlisted to appear for the interview out of which 5 got the offer letter.
First round was a written test of two sections. First section was an aptitude test and the other section was an technical mcq's.
Second round was a group discussion.
Third round was a personal interview
