You need to finish a 2 hours assessment. If you pass it, you will move forward to the interview process. There are 3 interviews in total. The first interview is from you co-worker, the second interview is from your supervisor/leader and the last one is from HR.

Group interview, 30 min to discuss. I was the leader and reporter. Our group was silent and shy at the beginning but soon very much alive. As a result everyone in the group failed to pass and no one knows why. The standards are arbitrary.
