This guy would only text me asking me if I'm available Friday and Saturday mandatory to work. Then said this was the first thing he wanted to know before setting up an interview. I told him that I am available most weekends but I do have things to do on occasion on the weekend. Never heard back from him. Sorry I do like to live and have a life outside of work. Employer has no life work place balance
