The interview process was thorough as the role was highly demanding. I had the HR reach out to me for a meeting. The interview process was of 3 rounds. The first round was technical, followed by more technical questions in the second round. The Final round was an in-person interview. The overall process was very smooth and I like the work environment at Baillie.
