6 interviews over a 2 month period with absolutely no discussion of pay at any point. They brag about their "No A Hole" policy, but in this day and age, this type of interview process is extremely ahole-like. No sense of communication at all - why? Because in the 1st interview I stated I was Work-From-Home only. 2nd interview they said that was okay. Every interview after that was each person trying to convince me to move to Chicago. Like?? Probably one of the absolute worst interview experiences I've ever had. Not to mention the amount of times they've rescheduled last minute. No respect of anyone's time. On interview 7 - asked again if I was only Work-From-Home. I stated, like at every other point in the interview process, that yes I am not going to move to Chicago. Crazy, I've never in my life had such a disorganized and disrespectful interview process
