I was contacted by a BairesDev recruiter and scheduled my initial interview. The interview was 30 mins long, it was a standard interview which covered the position details, my knowledge of the company and interest in working there, my work history, position's compensation and benefits, and next steps in the interview process. No offer was made at this stage in the interviewing process.

My initial conversation via email was professional and succinct and gave me just enough information about the compensation in order to decide to proceed. My initial phone screen was informal and collegial with an experienced TA professional who performed a wonderful job of communicating the growth, history, and offerings of BairesDev. From there, she set my expectations around the entire length of the evaluation process and the steps therein. I was impressed with the approach and transparency of the team, as they are a breath of fresh air.
