Was recruited by one of the founders, that is apparently the CMO as well (that information was never provided, but I found it online). Set a meeting through a talent acquisition specialist. The meeting was supposed to include the founder, but he didn't show. She asked a few questions related to marketing then asked 8(!) math and logic questions. Then sent over a bunch of "tests" to take before moving on to the next step. It was clear that they were using the same process that they'd use to hire a junior dev on a contract. The whole process was very strange and not worth my time.

Started with a quick check to make sure I knew what the company did, followed by some background and skills checks, and then a math and logic test (pretty basic math, but no calculators). I haven't been asked to do math live in a long time, but the strategy/logic questions were easy to answer and explain.
