I had high hopes for this company, given the locations they operate, and opportunities to grow, but the way their interview process went, makes me glad I was overlooked in the end. After hours of testing, phone interviews...I never got a response for a status, nor any indication I was/ was no longer a candidate...not even the automated “thanks, but no thanks” email. I had a direct contact with the recruiter who despite my commitment to take their tests which took up many hours of my time, never bothered to give me the professional courtesy of a response. The CEO apparently did not appreciate it when I tried connecting with him on LinkedIn, and rather than being a professional, he blocked me. I was astonished...a CEO, a recruiter, and who knows who else, acting in that way, makes me glad I’m not a part of that community. It was otally unprofessional.
