It was a long process, many unnecessary tests and no response from them even when everything was fine. The tests were unrelated to the position I was filling. Many automations during the process.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
