Extensive interview process, with several online chores and tests. As of real interviews, there were 3 stages, respectively with HR, manager and director. The job was 100% remote, so everything was online as well. It was not emphasized during the interview process, but the job also requires a lot travelling, so keep that in mind for asking during the process.

Beatriz was incredibly personable and easy to speak with, which made the conversation feel natural and engaging. The discussion covered my background, experience, and alignment with the role, and I appreciated the clear communication and professionalism throughout. She also followed up promptly with an email noting she would be in touch regarding potential next steps, which reinforced a positive candidate experience.
