This was a first step interview, as the recruiter said there are more if approved. Interview conducted in english. I had to send my recent resume by email because the one on their system it was outdated. The recruiter got to know me better on details on my skills and job experiences. Also, it was asked to tell a recent challenge faced at work. After that, it was given some logic tests (4 if I'm correct) and situational tests. For this tests, the recruiter asked for making only using a piece of paper and a pen, and not utilizing calculator or other tools. After, the recruiter presented the benefits and some details on how things work at BairesDev. The recruiter was kind and conducted the interview in a professional and polite manner.
