Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Baker Electric (Escondido, CA).
Entrevista
Baker Electric had a booth at a career fair at my university. The two representatives were very approachable and we scheduled a phone interview after a short chat. We scheduled an in-person interview for the next week at the end of the phone interview.
Both interviews included questions relevant to the job, asking about my previous experience and questions that aimed to see how I’d handle the job. They also made sure to see if this was something I’d consider for long-term employment, which was very important to me. They emphasized the positive work culture and aims for a healthy work-life balance.
I worked with the same talent acquisition specialist, Shelley, from start to finish. She checked in with me in between the phone and in-person interview and made herself available to answer any questions. She was incredibly helpful. The entire process only took a little over two weeks, and they sent me an offer letter that immediately accepted.
I’m very excited to begin working with them.

What was an experience where you were put into a project or type of work where you were totally unfamiliar with its content? How did you handle the situation and what was the result of that work?
It was very easy. I did a phone screen with the supervisor and then an interview a few days later. I was offered the job but took another job because of the location.

They asked me about my previous jobs and what I had done
Round robin of questions with a panel of employees ranging in titles. Interviewers asked standard questions and mostly wanted to gauge the correct fit for the job. Overall very respectful and nothing incredibly technical or difficult.
