Phone call for 30mins. Chat with HR. Ask about interests and experience. Ask about whether I want to go into law practice after graduation. Ask what I know about the practice area/team. HR gave information about how the team works.

Took the essay and then took the 20-minute interview. There were around 10 interviewers. The mood was not quite pressuring. All the interviewers were energetic. The interview was mainly in Thai. Plus, the interviewers were straightforward in their sayings.

Why are you interested in interning in Dispute Resolution?
Video interview was very fast paced, highly recommend keeping answers concise and answering the question in the first sentence. There is a timer that counts down as soon as you start answering which can add pressure.
