Entrevista
Application involving motivational essay question as to why you would want to work at Baker McKenzie. Followed by an in-person interview including competency, situational and basic commercial awareness questions. There was also a 10 min presentation on a given topic.
The interview consisted of a short pre-prepared presentation followed by a longer competency based interview. After the interview, the feedback was very quick and I received an offer through telephone call.

Entrevista
Short presentation on a case followed by a 30 minute competency based interview. Not too many questions and they were not Very difficult to answer. Talk through your CV. Very relaxed and informal. Felt natural
