1st interviews first a get to know you by HR, followed by an interview with one partner one associate then aptitude and skills test. The process is pretty straightforward and they seem interested in learning about you and if you’ll fit within the company.

What are your interests? What area are you most focused in IP?
General discussion with the lawyers on background and work of the team. Very natural exchange. No legal or difficult question. The interview process was quite long but it passed by very quickly as the conversation naturally flowed.

Written test comprising an approximately 3 hours hypothetical related to your practice area; followed by an interview with the hiring principal and HR staff member on a separate day, presumably only if you passed the written test.
