I would not recommend applying or interviewing with this organization. I recently applied for a data management role with this company. This role asked for quantitative experience, all of which I met the requirements for, but the recruiter found it difficult to initiate a further conversation with me because she felt statistics skills wasn't relevant to a data management role. Those skills are directly transferable, however I felt extremely insulted.
