I had an initial 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter. The final round interview was with the hiring manager and a senior team member that lasted around an hour. The interview process moved quickly, but I had to wait over two months from the initial screening to the decision. After reaching out to the recruiter many times, a vague answer was told with no clear timeline on when the decision would be made. "End of the week" was mentioned twice only for there to be no communication for two weeks.

I interviewed with them on two separate occasions, and both times I was ghosted. One time I had gone through several rounds of interviews only to get no replies to any of my emails.
