I cam across the ad on Seek, and applied through there. After a few days, they arranged with me to do a phone interview. I spoke with someone for about 40 minutes, but it wasn't a good experience. The man had a really heavy eastern european accent, told me nothing about the company, and was rude and condescending. I didn't hear back, but after that experience, I'm not bothered. Would not have wanted to work at a place like that.

I was approached by one of the directors directly and an interview was scheduled. The interview was carried out by the technical director and one of the peers. The interview covered both technical and behavioural aspects. The interview was quite intense and the valuable feedback was provided. The offer was made in few days. The whole process took about 10 days.
