The founder himself took the interview, and talked nicely, he told about the journey, asked questions about our background, but there was no system in place. Some people's interview was individual, some were group interview, the HR did not show his face even once during the whole process, the whole interaction was with the two founders themselves. Looks like a very small scale company, the office looks really small on Google Maps, just above an HP store.
