I had a very disappointing interview experience with this company. The HR/recruiter was extremely unprofessional throughout the process. They would call unexpectedly without scheduling in advance, rarely replied to emails, and completely ghosted me whenever I asked for updates on the status of my application.
The first-round conversation with HR lasted almost an hour, which felt excessive considering it was mostly basic screening information that could have been communicated much more efficiently. The process overall felt disorganized, with poor communication and very little respect for candidates’ time.
The lack of responsiveness and professionalism made the experience frustrating and left a negative impression of the company. I would advise other candidates to be cautious and avoid if you value clear communication and a professional recruiting process.
